COOL OLD 1976 2 DOOR LTD~~~ NO RESERVE!!!!... hot rot or rat rod hotrod ratrod

Up for auction is a pretty cool old 1976 Ford LTD I picked up a couple months ago with plans to hot rod the old girl but in the yard she still sits. You know how life is. Sometimes hard to find the time. Runs and drives good. I drove her home 75 miles and purrs like a kitten and floats down the big road as she should.. She was a one family owned Non smoker vessel with 46,000 original miles. That's right!!!! Original owner passed away so car sat for some time till son decided to revive it so took to dealer couple years ago and had everything replaced to get back roadworthy. I believe this included gas tank, lines, carb rebuilt, Alt. and tune up etc. She is equipped with a 351 M engine and 2 barrel carb. along with smooth shifting C6 trans.Appears to be all stock with the exception of dual exhaust. Only Mechanical problem I have noticed is that brake pedal is sticking a little requiring you to pick back up on it an inch after stopping but has good pedal and stops good.. ( a new Power booster and master cylinder will be included) also horn don't work. Past that everything works as it should including the AM radio. Car is a little bouncy. It may need rear shocks or could be because it is a big ole sled. I would still hop in her and driver her anywhere. I would recommend towing just because brakes do stick and not legal but I drove her just fine.
Body is really decent. There is some surface rust in a couple spots. Mostly inside trunk lid and a couple on body. No obvious holes. Lots of chips and also a couple old man scrapes on her chrome and vinyl top is starting to peel. Looks to be Solid underneath top. No rot that is typical on these. I have took pics. of all of this .Pass. light bezel is cracked as well. Back bumper filler extension looks to have been rattle canned. Overall Peel or replace very little body work and fresh coat of paint and she will be back to her former glory. Just imagine a flat black paint job tinted windows and a set of wheels.. You would have a badass cruiser for CHEAP!!!! Frame is in really nice shape as well. Has been undercoated and looks great. This car was not a winter car and was garage kept. Has one mismatched tire as previous owners son decided to burn the one off of her to show the raw power of this fine vessel. That is why he sold it as to keep son from trashing her.
Interior is really nice and original. Couple holes in headliner and stain on seat. Past that really nice. This in a NON A/C car and has manual bench seat seat and windows. Just a plain Jane which for me is the best way to have one. Especially to hot rod . Drivers seat belt wont retract. may just need lubed.. dash in great shape.
