Description
Up for auction is this 1930 Ford Model A Coupe with a trunk. All original drive train with matching engine # to VIN #. It has original rebuilt 4 cylinder engine with very few miles since rebuild. The engine start up easily every time with no smoking. It is very responsive and has lots of pep. It shifts nice and smooth. It has new clutch, throw-out and pressure plate. It has newer tires. The brakes work good. It has a nice clean engine bay. I consider this car 'driver quality' rather than a show car, however, a very nice model A and priced accordingly. This is a very sought after car of Henry Ford history. The paint is older, however, shines up nice. It does have some slight imperfections in the paint. It is very solid with no bondo or patch panels. There is no rust through anywhere. The trunk are is solid also. It has a nice red pin-stripe with red spoke wheels. WWW tires really sets this car off. The glass is all in good shape with no cracks or fogging. The windows roll up & down nicely. The doors open and close with a good fit. The car has a nice solid steel top. The headlights works with the drivers headlight is sporadic that may be a grounding issue. The interior has been redone in period correct materials with no flaws and looks nice. The e-brake works & not sure about brake lights. It has a nice un-molested dash and gauge cluster. The car has rebuilt Zenith carburetor. Check out my 100% feedback & bid with confidence.
