44300 miles, full service history, Full 12 months MOT until Feb 2017. Air Conditioning re gassed and ice cold. Front tyres nearly new and rear ones approx 1/3 worn. None smoker, no pets.

This is my elderly Father's car and is only for sale as he has retired from driving due to his age. He has owned the car since 28/2/2008 and he is the second owner. The car is registered in his name and at his address - the same address as the car can be viewed. Two keys and all the manual etc are present. Genuine log book which can be held up to the light to see the watermark.
I cannot over emphasise the condition of this car both inside and outside - its looks as though it has just come out of the Showroom. Its very far indeed from the condition of many elderly drivers cars (no offence). There are no scuffs on the bumpers, dings, scrapes, stone chips, damaged doors etc it really is exceptional and a credit to Dad. The car has always been garaged and not seen Snow or Ice etc in Dad's ownership as basically he had no need to go out in inclement Weather. Low mileage cars with f.s.h, in such good condition, a genuine reason for sale and a long period of ownership are thin on the ground.
