FORD MONDEO GHIA ESTATE TDCI 140 SILVER

Hello and welcome to my sale. I am a retired motor mechanic and have looked after this car from purchase on the 21st October 2010. This Mondeo wants for nothing, all the usual parts that wear out in normal service, have been changed. In the last twelve months, the flywheel clutch assembly have been replaced. the timing belt and tension-er set renewed and all fluids replaced. Prior to this, the front discs and all brake pads have been renewed. I believe in changing the engine oil every year, regardless of mileage, I do about 6000 miles annually.Another point worth mentioning, is the fitting of a new set of wheels in 2012. These replaced the 18" wheels, fitted to the car when new. You may notice they are now 17", and wonder why? I would recommend this change, to banish kerbing problems, tram lining and poor ride. It is one of the reasons I have enjoyed this car so much. There will also be a special load liner included in the sale, designed and built by me, it has proved invaluable to keep the car in good order. I have also invested in a space saver spare wheel, to replace the can of foam they expect you to repair a Tyre with, far more acceptable.Another upgrade fitted to this car, is a remap to the ECU. The garage I use for my MOTs, persuaded me to try one, some three years ago, and again I am delighted.The car now giving an overall fuel consumption of 46 mpg, up from 36 ! the car also drives so much sweeter.   Q, Why are you selling, if you like it so much?     A, The chance of a 12 month old car, from a private seller, with very low mileage, persuaded me to change.                                                                                 TELEPHONE   Mark on  07773109512  to view or anything I can help you with.
