2000 Ford Mustang

Up for sale is a 2000 Mustang Convertible. I'm selling this for a local auto repair business owner. The car has always been a central California car, meaning it has absolutely no rust and has never been exposed to harsh conditions such as snow or blistering heat. Everything on this Mustang works exactly as it should. The 3.8 V6 runs flawless and has no leaks, ticking noises and it doesn't smoke. With only 114600 miles, the car drives fantastic and is ready to be driven anywhere.
Tires all match and have great tread. The interior shows minimal to no wear at all, as the seats have no rips, the foam in the seats isn't broken down at all and the car still has a "like new" feeling when driving it. At 75 MPH the car is completely smooth, quiet and comfortable, it really is 100% road trip ready exactly how it is right now. No mechanical issues whatsoever.
The only real flaws with the car are the following:
A small area on top of each door (above the door handle) is starting to peel, please see the pictures.
The top is 100% water tight but does show minimal wear, however there are no repairs or rips.
