Description
1965 Ford Mustang Fastback, beautifully restored.
Car was stripped to bare metal, bead blasted to remove rust and parts were replaced with AMD parts. Floor has been completely replaced and treated with POR 50. The back part of the car was replaced from the doors back, all panels were put on just the way the factory would have done it, spot welded, no bondo anywhere, all metal!
Paint is beautiful - has a wet look to it. Interior has new foam in seats with new vinyl covers, new head liner, new carpet. It also has a new gauge package, new tires, and a 3-inch Flowmaster stainless steel exhaust flowing from ceramic coated headers. The rims are from the same year Mustang and tires are new with less than 150 miles on them.
In the engine compartment - the engine is a 302 four bbl with no oil leaks, with after market air conditioning. It has aluminum radiator/electric fan, electronic ignition, hydraulic clutch. Along with power steering, the car has rack and pinion, and a new steering column, power front disc brakes, new rear drum brakes.
Garage kept.
Car is a joy to drive, has less than one hundred and fifty miles since restoration, and is ready for showing. With all that’s been done to this car, it should sell very fast. It’s as straight down the side as any new car, and it’s a head turner!
Inspections are encouraged. Please remember, this is a 52-year-old car. I am representing it as accurately as I can based on my knowledge and have tried to give as much information as possible. The car is for sale without warranty, "AS IS/WHERE IS."
