Description
1964 1/2 Mustang Convertible
Comes with it's original, 260 engine, 3spd, with power top. The power top goes up and down fine, but the vinyl is dry rotted thru. Front and rear frame rails,Rocker and inner-rockers, trunk pans, torque box, Are rock solid, no rust. Also retains it's original rear quarters-which are in very good condition. The majority of rust in this car is in the rear floor pans ( front floor is good) with blistering at the lower front fenders and front corners of the doors. There are two topical rust holes on the panel between the truck and rear window. The trunk has damage due to some bone head who pried it open. This car will fire, but does not run and drive. It is in need of restoration to be road worthy. Clean title in hand. This car was factory sky blue(Y code) and has been repainted thru the years. This a prime candidate for a restoration as the car structurally has good bones. ( reward yourself this spring with a nice winter project.) Thanks for looking.
