Description
This 1969 Ford Mustang convertible is in good condition for being fifty years old. I have the Marti report and this car was built October 15th 1968. It runs and drives good. It has a 302 with an aluminum intake with a Holly four barrel with headers and dual exhaust. It has a C4 automatic transmission with a 9 inch traction lok rear with new leaf springs when installed. It has only 49,800 miles. The previous owner bought it in 1992 with only 29,053 miles on it, as the title will prove. I have the title still in the last owners name. The body is in good shape with small rot spots on the front of each door and the front of the left rear quarter. The rest of the body is solid. The underneath of the car does have some areas with some rot. The rear frame over the drivers side rear shackle is the worst spot in need of repair. See pictures. The front floor pans have small areas that would need repair. The frame rails are solid. The glass is all in good shape. The tires and top were replaced shortly before the last owner stopped driving it several years ago. The interior is in good shape but shows some wear. It may need an oil pan because the drain plug was stripped and now has a rubber plug. This is not a factory GT. It has been replicated to look like one. I bought this car from a friend and I have not registered the car so again the title will be in the previous owners name. The winning bidder is responsible for transporting the car. If you do not know what transporting cost I suggest you FIND OUT BEFORE YOU BID! It can cost more than a thousand dollars to transport a car across the country. Bidders with zero feed back must contact me or I can cancel your bid. There is no buy it now price this is an auction. The starting bid is what I feel the car is worth with no reserve. Only bid if you have the money. It is not fair to others and me to waste our time. Call me with any questions. Mike (508)-264-4514. Good luck and thanks for looking.
