Description
I have a 1972 mustang coupe base model with a hardtop.
The good:
It has the semi-rare V8 351 Cleveland engine. The car is mechanically sound and starts and drives without issue.
I installed a brand new fuel tank, fuel sender, straps, and shocks. I also installed new temperature and pressure gauges.
This car is loaded with original parts.
The interior is very nice considering it's a 46 year old car.
This is a fun car to drive. It gathers lots of looks and attention on the road.
The bad:
There is a rip in the driver's seat
The paint job is amateur in some areas (paint drips - see photos)
The passenger rear wheelhouse is a bit rusted.
Since it drives so nicely, you could probably turn around and sell for a few thousand dollars more with a simple paint job. I just don't have the time or space anymore to keep working on it.
Only click "buy" if you can pick it up in person and pay in cash.
