Please be ready to place a deposit of up to $2000 within 48 hours of auction's close. All transactions must be completed within 7 days of the end of auction. If the car is not as represented upon your personal inspection at our dealership location, you will be under no obligation to purchase.
Tax, Title and License:
Local residents are responsible for applicable sales tax in your county as well as title and licensing fees and dealer fees. If you live outside of our state, you are responsible for applicable tax, title and licensing fees in your area. (plus our dealership fees)
Note: If the deposit is not received within forty-eight hours (2 business days) or if the sale is not complete within 7 days of the close of the auction, we reserve the right to sell to the next highest bidder or to another qualified buyer.

Shipping & Delivery
Seller may assist Buyer with finding a commercial carrier offering discounted shipping at Buyer’s request with the following understanding: Vehicle is sold “where-is” FOB at Seller’s location. All shipping arrangements are made as a courtesy to Buyer. Seller is not affiliated with any carrier. Any claims or other communication regarding shipment of vehicles will be between Buyer and the carrier and not with the Seller. The amount of time it takes for delivery depends upon the Carrier selected. Buyer is responsible for any and all shipping, transportation and insurance costs. Vehicle is deemed delivered when buyer, buyer’s agent or transportation company removes vehicle from Seller’s location. Seller is not responsible for any liability, loss or damage incurred during shipping or transportation.
Sales Tax
Buyer is responsible not only for knowing their own states' laws regarding taxes and fees, but also remitting the proper taxes, fees, and documents for their state. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for the vehicle to be titled and registered.
Seller reserves the right to end this listing at anytime should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. Professional pre-purchase inspections are welcome but must be made before the auction ends. Please ask any question before bidding. We have described the above mentioned vehicle to the best of our ability.
