1967 Mustang Convertible
You are viewing a very nicely done and super clean and detailed Mustang. The car has had three owners with the last owner caring for the car for the last 8 years. 66,750 original miles. Runs and drives excellent. The car has been restored where needed and a nice example of an original well cared for car that needs nothing. Always garaged. Full book of receipts dating back to the original owner with all maintenance records including recent work done on the car and Marti Report.

Body/Paint: All body panels are original to the car. The body is in excellent condition and very straight. No rust. The original paint was Arcadian blue and was repainted a number of years ago in Night Mist blue, which is a stock Mustang color. After restoration the car was stored for 12 years. The paint is base/clear and is in excellent condition. Always garaged and looks like it was just painted a couple of years ago. Wet sanded and buffed the paint is local car show quality with a few small chip repairs. An original factory GT hood was added when the car was painted.
Interior: The interior was restored and looks excellent. All bright work in very good condition. Everything works except the clock. PS, PB and Power Top. After market stock looking radio/cassette player.
Top: The power top was replaced when the car was restored and painted. It is cream in color, not white. In excellent condition as well as the weather stripping that was replaced. The top frame was restored an repainted as well. Rear window in very good condition. Works as it should with boot cover in very nice condition.
Running Gear: All original running gear that have been well cared for and not rebuilt. 289 2V with C4 transmission. Rear end is stock. The ignition was converted to Petronix electronic ignition. The drivetrain all work as it should and runs/drives excellent.
Suspension: The suspension is stock and maintained with replaced front suspension components when needed in the past. New shocks with air shocks on the rear.
Brakes: The brakes are restored with factory disc front brakes added when the car was restored with rear drums in great working order.
Exhaust: Dueled off with nice sounding mufflers in excellent condition.
Bright work: Original restored when the car was repainted. All stainless and chrome in excellent condition. Bumpers re chromed.
Glass: Original glass in very good condition.
Wheels/Tires: BF Goodrich Radial TAs, front 215/70 R14 and 245/60 R15 on the rear. Stock wheels with wire hub caps come with the car.
Options: Sports Sprint, rocker panel molding, Deluxe steering wheel, power steering and wire wheel covers.
Work done between 2006 and 2008: Complete engine bay paint and detail. New value covers added. Complete fuel system was restored with new fuel tank and sender, fuel lines and fuel pump. Non stock carb replacement with original Autolight 2V (rebuilt) carb that comes with the car. Wheels and tires added. Tail lights and bezels replaced. Digital sequencel blinker and tail lights installed. Replaced shocks and exhaust. The radiator was rebuilt as well. With less than 5K miles since all this work was done.
Summary: The car runs and drives excellent and needs nothing. The car just needs a new owner to take care of her. Perfect for a great driver and to be enjoyed.
