Ford Mustang 1966 coupe, C code 289 V8, auto, Sauterne Gold, pony interior

Former show car in the USA with plenty of trophies. Original California car, then retired to Florida. Purchased and restored to show condition and remained in Alabama till imported to Australia in 2012. C code 289 with cruisomatic auto. Sauterne Gold paint, real head turner. Beautiful white & ivy gold (cream & pale green) Pony interior and wood grain dash and console. Still in pretty much original spec. New brakes and cylinders F & R. Original floors in top condition. Highly detailed engine bay looks amazing. Engine purrs when cruising down the highway. Comes with original delivery windscreen ticket, owners manual and approx first 32 years of receipts all presented in display album. Driving it is pure therapy. Sweet sounding dual system. Attracts admirers every time it's driven or parked. Some small paint chips at front bonnet corners and slight stone chips lower rear quarters, apart from that paint in very good to excellent condition. Modern repro am/fm mp3 radio, plus original am radio retained. Most importantly, driven and cared for the past 2 years by a sensible, mature cruiser and never flogged, driven hard, etc. New 3 core radiator fitted, new battery, new mufflers, suspension bushes and components where needed, switches etc redone as needed. Amber lens backup lights synced to tail lights as indicators for safety. Full NSW rego so drive it anytime. Tied up my money and maintained my sanity during a marriage bustup but it's now time to sell and fund some renos and a holiday. Beautiful, stylish classic true to original how the factory turned it out back in late 65. Odometer reading 70,250 miles but it's third time round going off receipts.
