AVAILABILITY: We advertise our inventory across multiple websites. It is best to inquire prior to purchase to assure the advertised vehicle is not already sold. Vehicles may be sold prior to eBay listing end, and we reserve the right to end listings early or to cancel bids/offers solely at our discretion and shall not be held liable for any such cancellation.

AS-IS WHERE-IS: All vehicles are sold on an AS-IS WHERE-IS basis. Having a third party inspection and addressing any concerns is recommended prior to purchase. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to verify all options, accessories, and vehicle condition before time of sale. If purchaser chooses to waive inspection, the AS-IS WHERE-IS is still enforced. Any concerns will not be addressed post sale.

SHIPPING: We have access to a network of private and commercial carriers. Most of them can deliver the vehicle to your driveway and upon your schedule. We assume no responsibility for damages or delays incurred once a vehicle is in a shipper's custody. Buyers are welcomed to trailer vehicles home and we are happy to have everything ready to see you off with your new vehicle.

PAYMENT: We require a non-refundable $500 deposit within 24 hours of offer being placed. A deposit is a commitment to purchase and is applied towards the purchase price. The commitment to purchase is not contingent upon inspection, financing, or any other terms.

Full payment is required within 7 days of offer acceptance, unless other arrangements are agreed to in writing. If deposit and/or full payment are not provided within said time frame, all vehicles will be relisted and transaction will be considered void.

We accept wire transfer (preferred), cashier's check, personal check (vehicle shipment will be delayed until check clears), ACH, credit cards (for the agreed deposit amount only and will incur a 3% fee), and in person cash payments. We also offer vehicle financing, please inquire for details prior to making bids/offers. PayPal is not accepted.

VEHICLE RELEASE: Signed purchase packet which shall include but not limited to the purchase contract, cleared payment in full, and a copy of your driver's license will be needed before the vehicle is released.
Fees and Taxes
Sales tax, title, license, registration, document fee, finance charges, and SMOG testing fees are in addition to the final purchase price. Buyer is responsible for said fees.

A $135 document fee will be added to the purchase price.

Our preferred method of payment is a wire transfer or Bank to bank.
