Description
'70 Mach 1 stalled father/son project stored in farm shop for 25 years and additional 5 years in storage unit.
Marti report, M code, Red exterior, white interior, A/C, PS, PB tinted windows, automatic, original Florida car. Indiana title.
Story is that body rust was repaired and painted red in same farm shop, dust and sand in paint, lost interest and son went to college. Sheet metal work done and solid. Primed doors, fenders, hood and valence appear new.
Most nuts, brackets, bolts, trim wiring etc included. Mach 1 trim, glass except windshield, new bumpers, A/C except hoses and compressor. Mach 1 grille with sport lights in good condition. Original Mach 1 seats, door panels, headliner included. Interior color changed from white to black as evidenced by dyed headliner. Trans and converter included. No driveshaft (?), shocks, windshield and other misc parts. Radiator.
Also some extra parts including consoles, slats, and hood (and I think a spoiler)..
No engine is included, although I have a '70 Mach 1 2-barrel engine complete in adjacent storage unit along with rebuilt posi 9-inch also from '70 Mach 1 that could be purchased separately (definitely not included).
Honestly I haven't gone through parts since putting it in storage 5 years ago. You are welcome to come to Kokomo, Indiana to see car and go through parts with me before auction closes.
If you know Mustangs then you will recognize the parts better than me.
Sold as is with no warranty, no refunds, no returns. $500 non-refundable deposit due within 24 hours of end of auction. Balance due by cash or wire within 7 days of close of auction. Mileage is not known to be original.
Body and all parts must be picked up and gone within 30 days of payment confirmation.
Please bid with good intentions and ask questions. If you have less than 20 feedbacks please contact me to bid/purchase as I will cancel your bids. I am a car guy and pulled 2 '70 Mach 1s out of the same shop. The other one was blue and was a "parts car". I completed significant rust/body repair on that one and intend to finish it. I don't need two and my brother has a red one, so this one is for sale and I want a clean sale.
