Up for sale is an IMMACULATE Laser Red 1998 Ford Mustang SVT COBRA Coupe 5 speed manual with only 34k ORIGINAL well maintained miles!! This coupe has a clean/clear title with very few owners and looks/runs like it did from the show room floor back in 2001!! This is a VERY clean car and has the very sought after V8 4.6L 32 VALVE motor in it, has always been adult driven as well as religiously maintained. This SVT COBRA package has IT ALL including leather, cd player, power seats, power locks & windows, heat, and ICE COLD A/C!!
Mechanical:
Other than a few "bolt-ons" this car is 100% stockand still runs as nice as it did from the show room floor. Oil and filters changed regularly, transmission and clutch feels & shifts excellent, it has an extra ordinary amount of power/torque! There is no oil consumption, no check engine lights on, and absolutely no fluid leaks. Steering feels very tight going down the road, as well as the suspension. This is a tight car, and the ride is VERY comfortable! As seen in the pictures this car's engine is clean enough to eat off of, and the underside of the car is also VERY CLEAN! This adult driven mustang could be hopped in immediately and driven across the U.S. without any problems. Nitto racing tires and aftermarket rims are in great shape. There are no odd noises in the engine, suspension, or drivetrain. Brand new battery in July & service. Exhaust is aftermarket, and sure has a nice rumble!!
Interior:
The interior is in excellent shape! As shown in the pictures the leather and carpet are very clean with no foul odor! It smells very niceno hint of smoke in the carpet or interior. Car has many great options including ice cold a/c, cd player, hands free calling, electric windows, power locks, and cruise control! VERY CLEAN!! There are no cracks in glass/windshield. The aftermarket radio is very nice, and below it a gauge plate has been added in case the new owner would like to add them. This took the place of the stock cd player.
Body:
Beautiful looking coupe! This is a car that has always been garaged, washed, and waxed. As shown in the pictures, it is rust free! Its difficult to find the smallest scratch or rock chip on this car, it is a show stopper!! There are no visible dings or large scratches, even the front and rear bumpers(which is amazing for a car this old).
