This car was also very different from its predecssors in thta it had departed from Production Mustang with an entirely re-worked front end. This included fiberglass fenders with brake vent scoops and a NACA designed hood with five scoops to cool the big V8. The bumpers and grill treatment were also unique to the Shelby making it six inches longer than its Mustang cousin. This car is a very rare example with factory Drag Pack option and the orginal Smog Control system! It also has every dealer installed option including Cruise Control. This is a documented four owner GT500 which has just completed a full Gold level restoration, finished in its orginal Royal Maroon paint with Black Clarion Knit interior.
