5- Any Automobile inspection should be done BEFORE Buying or BIDDING; we will NOT allow it after.

6- All obligations pursuant to this contract shall be performable in Harris County, Texas. The vehicle shall be delivered F.O.B. in Harris County, Texas and all obligations of Purchaser to pay for the vehicle shall be payable in Harris County, Texas. It is agreed by all parties in relation to any transaction involving this vehicle that the proper venue for any legal proceedings and arbitration shall be Harris County, Texas.

7- In the state of Texas, Banks, Auctions and lenders hold Titles to vehicles as collateral for loans. In many cases there is a delay in receiving the original Titles up to 29 days from the time we pay a vehicle off. While I usually have all titles in my possession at closing, there occasions where I may be waiting for them to arrive. So please call us.

8- Please allow 72 Business hours before a winning bid vehicle can be delivered or picked up depending on our detailer’s ability to satisfy our needs and make-ready limitations.

9- All shipping concerns are the buyer’s responsibility and should be recognized before bidding on any vehicle. We will do our best to assist you with shipping but we assume no responsibility for shipping or damages incurred after the vehicle leaves our location. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, Damage, loss during shipping.

10- All vehicles are sold AS IS no warranty no returns.

11- The vehicles herein are pre-owned and they are sold as "As Is" condition unless otherwise specified. DO NOT ASSUME ANYTHING, we try to advertise all vehicles as accurately as possible, but please consider that all are pre-owned. We do our best to make our vehicles look great, but please realize that they may have minor flaws in the paint or interior. Some vehicles may have had prior touch up to cover excessive microchips or scratches, but all our work is done by professionals. We would be more than happy to go over the entire vehicle with you on the phone if you so desire. Not all vehicles have a full set of keys, books, CD Cartridges, floor mats and other loose items. Vehicles may have additional miles due to local test drives ranging from 10-500 miles. Please call if you have any questions or concerns.

12- Limited Warranty is by 3rd party companies and based on the approval of the company to cover it. In case they refused to do so roadsters auto is not responsible for any repairs.
