Mustang GT many upgrades, 100% Mechanically Sound

Very Clean GT Mustang. Items upgraded over the last 2 years. New power top pump and motor with correct fluids. New in the tank electric fuel pump, filters and fuel lines. Brakes inspected and repaired. New battery and battery insulator pad. New headlights, old ones foggy. New front seat foam on base and backrest, new black leather seat covers. New cold air kit. Cars has chrome SVT style wheels. New front tires and wheel alignment. Flowmaster exhaust. New rear gear, a 3:73 to 1 ratio, great for quick starts. Gear causes speedo and odometer to run 15 mph fast. So driving 70 the speedo shows 85 and the odometer rolls too quick. Speedo shows 140,000 miles, actually has about 120,000 miles. Top fair, normal wear on edge by rear side windows when rolled down, they all rub there. I have the convertible top boot. There are Ford Racing carpeted floor mats. EVERYTHING WORKS ON THIS CAR. Area of rust on driver side quarter above wheel opening. To repair with real metal, cutting out rust and welding in metal, no bondo, quoted $600 by a few collision shops. That would be to fix driver side and check passenger side.
