2002 Ford Mustang GT
133k miles, manual transmission, black leather
Car History : I have had this car since the senior year of high school and purchased it from an older man that put 74k on the car driving back and forth to Lubbock. It now has 134k miles on it; which is probably a 75/25 mix between high-way to city miles. The car has only seen full synthetic oil. I change it myself anywhere from 5k-7k miles and have recorded every oil change since my purchase. I used Castrol for a couple of years and then switched to Mobil One. With every oil change I also change the filter. The reason I am selling the car is because I am graduating from college on the 19th and will have a company truck for my job.
About the car : This car has been my baby ever since I purchased it. Every time I was the car I also do a full detail, including treating the leather. The leather has no rips or tears. The driver’s side has started to wear where the left thigh sits because of getting in and out of the car. The back seat is completely perfect and looks like it hasn’t been touched since the car was manufactured. The plastic on the interior has no cracks or scratches; this is also treated with armor-all every time I wash the car. If I park in the sun, I will always put up a sun screen. The car is completely stock. The only modifications are a cold-air intake and flowmaster exhaust. I replaced the headlights and taillights last year because the outsides of them looked cloudy. The paint looks perfect, only very minor scratches that I will have to point out. There are absolutely zero sunspots on the entire car. The front tires have 50-75% treadwear left along with the back tires. Both front and rear tires are premium tires. They cannot be rotated due to the backs being slightly wider. AC blows ice cold!
Problems: Exhaust rattles very slightly at about 2000rpm between second and third gear. Every rim has very slight curb rash from previous owner. I have always bought rim protecting tires. There is a squeak when the car is idling from a clutch bearing. It is a $40 part but is unnecessary to change and is too much work to change until you install a new clutch, which does not need to be done at this point in time.
