Description

1967 Ford Mustang 289 V8 Coupe. This car is in daily driver condition. I have owned the car since 1991 (23 years), during that time it was slowly restored from a barn find to driver condition. Over the years the car has received many new parts including the following upgrades in 2010: carpet, under layment, rustproofing to floorboards (right front floor professionally patched in 2002), windshield, domelight, headliner, trunk mat and tire cover, stock steering wheel, front and rear bumpers, front bumper guards, door handles (new set comes with car). The car was painted from lime gold to candyapple red in 1992 and repainted gain in 2004 (by Maaco). I will also include the original window sticker and a Marti report. The car rolled off of the assembly line in Dearborn, Michigan on February 28, 1967 (one day ahead of the productiuon schedule) bound for Dallas, Texas. New Interstate battery in February 2014.Holley 4 bbl carb
Aluminum intake manifold
Automatic C4 transmission
The power steering is stiff (a new power steering pump is included)
Drum brakes all around (non-power)
The body has a few rust bubbles on the lower doors and fenders but nothing serious. The paint is good daily driver quality
Overall a very nice old classic Mustang in need of a good home. The car is located in Windsor, Connecticut 06095 and must be picked up by the buyer within two weeks of the end of the auction. A deposit of $500 paid to PayPal must be made within 24 hours of the end of the auction. The remainder is due by bank check or cash prior to or on the day of pick up. If the car is not picked up within two weeks of the end of the auction the $500 deposit is lost and the car will be relisted.
Sold AS IS, no refunds or returns.
