1968 Mustang V8 Deluxe coupe, UNRESTORED SURVIVOR, Low Miles

this is a very nice 1968 deluxe coupe with only 81k miles. I am only the second owner of this car and have a clean title in hand. that car has never been in an accident and has been garage kept and covered for most of its life. it has been painted once and had the vinyl top replaced once, in 1986, and have held up very well over the years. I have the receipts for the top replacement and paint. this car has the original 289-2V motor with original trim, covers, and air intake. it has not been rebuilt, and starts and runs great. some mechanical maintenance performed in 2011 was a cooland flush, plugs, points, cap, rotor, condenser, fan belts, valve cover gaskets, fuel pump, fuel hoses, fuel filter, timing chain, water pump, rebuild carb, oil/filter change, thermostat, radiator hoses. I have the invoices for these as well. I also have an invoice from 2003 for brake master cyl replacement and rear axle seals and bearings. there are a few other miscellaneous invoices throughout the years that will accompany the car, along with a Marti report and the original owners manual.
original C-4 Select Shift Cruise-O-Matic transmission. original AM radio. factory power steering and Selectaire A/C. factory power front disc brakes.
this car is a very nice and rust free Los Angeles, California car. it was originally sold from Fred Hauter Ford in Montrose (north LA county). brand new tires with only a couple hundred miles on them. original seats and covers, all original interior trim panels, original dash and gauges. im sure the carpet and the headliner have been replaced at some point. this car runs and drives outstanding for an unrestored vehicle. there are a few small scratches around the car from normal driving, I've done the best I can to show them in the photos. please feel free to come look at this car, pictures don't do it justice. please ask any and all questions prior to bidding.
