Up for sale is my 2001 Ford Mustang GT Bullitt Edition in True Blue with ONLY 22,000 miles.
This is an excellent example of a LOW MILEAGE, LIMITED EDITION, FACTORY FORD Muscle car.
Here are some production numbers for the 2001 model year:
75,321 Standard Coupe26,929 GT Coupe5,582 Bullitt Edition in 3 different colors: 3041 in Dark Highland Green, 1818 in Black, and ONLY 723 in True Blue making it the rarest color produced that year!
This Mustang has the potential to be a future collector car; all upgrades over the stock Mustang GT were performed on the Ford assembly line and not an aftermarket supplier. Some of these upgrades over the stock Mustang GT include:
Stiffer rate coil springs front and rear to increase cornering ability and lower vehicle stance by 3/4 inch.Larger front and rear brake rotors and Custom painted Aluminum brake calipers for improved stopping power.Sub frame connectors to stiffen up chassis.Twin 57mm throttle body allowing for quicker throttle response and increased peak flow.Retuned exhaust system to increase flow approximately 20% and give the Bullitt a distinct sound.Brushed Aluminum gas filler door.Retro looking dash and seat stitching to match.These are just a few of the options unique to a Bullitt Mustang, more can be found online at any Bullitt website.
All original, completely stock, no modifications (with the exception of a quality window tint on all windows).
A brief history on this car: I purchased this car from the previous owner who had owned it since 2004. He took excellent care of the Mustang keeping it covered in a garage and had it detailed annually. As a result of his excellent care the car is in fantastic condition! I purchased the car 3 years ago as a future investment but plans have changed so the Mustang needs to go.
Stored in a garage with a custom fit car cover and a Battery Tender to keep battery fresh( both included with purchase).
Car is in LIKE NEW CONDITION! Driver's seat shows no signs of wear.
This Mustang drives great, has no leaks, and the air conditioning blows ice cold.
As you can see in the pictures this car has been very well cared for and is in excellent condition!
