Ford: Mustang GT

1968 Mustang GT Convertible 302 J code. The car is a numbers-matching car. The car was restored at some point in the 80s or early 90s. The original color was gold with gold interior and is currently red with burgundy interior. I do have DMV paperwork that shows the car was in Fresno, California in the late 80s - early 90s. I bought The Mustang 5 years ago in California with the hopes of restoring it, I just never found the time. The car is in good shape for how old it is: it runs and drives but it needs paint, a new top, a good tune-up, and also the pan gasket on the transmission leaks. The car has had some floor pan work done at some time - it was a very clean job by someone who knew what they were doing. The only rust I have found in the car is the lower corners on both doors which is common on most old mustangs and can be cut out and repaired. There is one small dent in the car right above the left rear wheel well and should be an easy fix. I have restored many old mustangs so I know what I’m talking about.
