1979 Cobra Mustang 5.0 Rust Free Running and Driving Hatchback

READ THE WHOLE AD BEFORE BIDDING DO NOT BID UNLESS YOU CAN PAY. 1979 cobra mustang with 1979 pace car hood. this car is a Carolina car so no rust. the guy i got it from said he put a new radiator in it, new one wire distributor, new radiator hoses, new wires and plugs. I got a new master cylinder and 180 thermostat to go with the car. Motor is a 302 with a holly 4 barrel and automatic trans. short tube headers into h pipe no mufflers or tail pipes sounds good to me. good black interior with new headliner the drivers seat is torn, dash pad is cracked from the sun like with all old mustang, and the carpet is faded. white face gauges all the gauges work. had a/c but the compressor and condenser have been taken off by previous owner i do not have them. the heater works good. manual windows and locks. does have power steering and brakes. the car was originally white with the lower part black but has been primered flat black. and the hood on it is painted black. the guy i got the car from cut the springs to lower it 2 inch so i bought 4 new 1.5 inch lowing springs and put the front ones in. i like the way the car sits lowered 1.5 inch in the front and 2 inch in the back but i do have the rear 1.5 spring to go with the car still in the box.the body is rust free. all the glass is good. rims are in very good shape but the tires are dry rotted. clean and clear s.c. title in my name. This would make a great hot rod or racer project for someone. they make more aftermarket parts for mustang then any other car so you could make this car into what ever you want. If you know any thing about mustang you know these cars are hard to fine without rust and that has not been cut up. this car is no show car but a good rust free running and driving project. car does run a warm because it needs a bigger cooling fan and a fan shroud. right know it has a small fan on it that is to far back form the radiator it runs warm not hot. the pace car hood is worth $450 by itself. i will be more then happy to answer any questions that you have but don't email asking questions I've already answer in the ad. i have drove the car a few times never more then 30 mins or so from my house and the fastest I've ever been in it is 55 mph. so i would recommend trailing it home because of the tires and it running warm and the brakes could use a going over the car does stop but it is a old car so you may want to check the brakes just to be safe but that's up to you. the car is in Nichols SC which is 1 hour from myrtle beach, 1 hour from Florence, 1 1/2 hours from fayetteville, 40 minutes from lumber ton, 2 1/2 hours from Columbia and 2 1/2 hours from Charlotte NC. car is for sale locally so auction will end early if car is sold. the car does have a reserve on it but its a low one not a crazy high one. PAYMENT must be maid with in 3 days after the auction ends. the only type of payment i will take is cash or money order no checks or Paypal. after you pay you have one week to pick the car up unless we work something out. buyer is reasonable for all shipping cost and arrangement for the car but i will help on my end if needed. i do have a truck and trailer so if you don't live more then 2 hours from me and will pay me gas money which would be $100 i may be able to bring it to you as long as you pay first. thanks for looking
