1971 Ford Mustang Mach 1 equipped with 429 CJ Ram Air.
Original J code 429 car that has completed a full rotisserie restoration. This highly optioned car came equipped from the factory with Air Conditioning, 8 Track AM/FM stereo, power brakes, factory tint, tilt steering wheel, auto seat release and Mach 1 Comfort package. Originally sold new in Pasadena California in which the car spent most of it's life. Than moved to Texas and brought up to Canada from Houston for it's complete restoration. Back down to Phoenix for Barrett Jackson in which it sold for $58,300 and funny enough it arrived back in Canada where it currently resides in a car collection in Calgary Alberta. The car proudly displays itself in a well respected Ford dealership in Calgary.
Total restoration on entire car with all drivetrain parts rebuilt. redone C6 transmission with a mild shift kit and 2500rpm stall unit on the front. Also it currently has an upgraded 3.50 Track -Lok differential.A change to a more modern 17" wheel and a color change to Raven Black base clear paint accented by argent trim and a black and silver interior for a better than factory look. It was built in Dearborn and sold less than two weeks later. Deluxe Marti report included showing 1 of 815 cars delivered with this engine/transmission codes.
