1965 Mustang Fastback 427 Twin Turbo T56, 6 Speed RHD

I built this Fastback to be my awesome tough street/show and track day car with new 427ci Ford Twin Turbo motor and Tremec six-speed gearbox.
1965 Mustang Fastback ‘A’ Body in terrific shape, took me a year to find this rust free body in the US. Rear sheetmetal was reworked by East Coast Race Cars to flare rear guards (all metal) so the rear 20”x 305 Pirelli tyres fit. New Front guards are from Maier Racing with 3” flare to fit the 18”x 265 tyres.
East Coast Race Cars (who specialise in building all metal hotrods), finished off the untidy factory Mustang door jams properly in all metal and did the all metal bodywork including fitting the torque boxes. This car was going to produce around 1000hp so built with all metal so no filler to crack with torque forces. Radiator support panel opened up to double the size of radiator cooling surface.

New Boze custom wheels ordered from the US. Rear 20”x12” Front 18” x 10 with the Shelby Cobra emblem in center cap.
Car is in its original LHD state, however I have a newly fabricated 65 Mustang RHD dash and new Heidts RHD hydraulic power steering to convert in RHD as its easy to do when the car is in its current disassembled state.

New Twin T4 Turbos with Stainless steel plumbing and wastegate
New March Serpentine Belt System with A/C Compressor
New Milidon Oil Pan with Ford Racing Adjustable oil pump (externally adjustable)
Heidts Mustang II front end, tubular control arms, power rack hydraulic steering. Shock towers are removed with the Heidts tubular control arm front end which allows for more engine bay room.
Full Roll cage fabricated so its easy to get in/out car
New PBR Alum custom fab radiator with twin fans and alum shroud
New QA1 Coil Over Adjustable shocks all around
Wilwood 13” Front Discs with 6 piston calipers
Wilwood rear discs with 4 piston calipers, intergral hand brake.
9” fabricated rear end with 3:55 Strange (LSD) lock drive, Large Bearing 35 Spline Strange axles. Built by Aussie Diffs Gold Coast.

List goes on and onabout 99% of the parts are there to complete. Spent more than double what I’m asking. Have the Australian import approval. I’m moving to the US so genuine reason for sale.

With 65 Mustang Fastbacks steadily rising in value each year this is an investment you can really enjoy. All sheetmetal is done so its ready to paint. I was going to paint it Raven Black with Shelby Strips. Its currently in primer so a blank canvas ready for you to paint in your favourite colour. Car can be viewed at Canungra Queensland which is near the Gold Coast. Buyer tp pay any paypal fees.

Breaks my heart to part with her, its been a lot of love, work and money and its nearly there! An awesome classic performance car like this rarely comes up for sale. Would stand out at all car shows.
