Exterior:
You are looking at a 1967 Shelby GT500 Tribute that was done to impress! Car features MANY Shelby parts such as Fiberglass front nose, fiberglass hood, fiberglass trunk and roll cage as well as Shelby Inboard Fog lights with all correct Badges throughout the car. The paint is in very nice condition I would give it an 8/10 due to some imperfections and general age. It is finished in a Blue Metallic paint with White racing stripes! The Wheels are the original Shelby 10 Spoke with the front measuring 15x7 and the rear measuring a widened 15x10! (235 & 275) . The car shows very well! As far as the Interior goes the car features the Deluxe interior option which is shown through the enhanced door panels, seat backs and Dashboard. The car features a folding rear back seat and an Retro Sound stereo with kick panel speakers.
Drivetrain:
The car has a 428 CJ with the SCAT Stroker Kit bringing it to a 464 CID. It was completely redone about 3 years ago and has had about 4000 miles on it since. Car has the Edelbrock Performer RPM kit on it with the DUAL Carb setup! Using two 550 Edelbrock Carbs. The Car has MSD Ignition with a 6AL Box with a 6k Limiter on it. Car made 525 and 530 Ft Lbs on Engine Dyno. Car has Shelby Engine dress up kit with appropriate air cleaner and rocker covers showing the " Cobra Lemans" look. Car has a Centerforce Clutch mated to a Tremec TK0 600 With the 0.64 Overdrive. The car has a custom driveshaft and upgraded axles. All New Hardware, no expense spared! Rear end is a Ford 9" with a 355 Gear Set. As far as exhaust goes the car has complete 2.5" exhaust starting with the Hooker Supercomp Headers leading to an H Pipe and dual Flowmasters 44's leading to two 3.5" tips.
Suspension & Brakes:
This is where the car really shines! The car features a practically new HEIDTS Super ride 2 Suspension. This allowed for the removal of the bulky and impossible to work with shock towers, especially with the large 428. The Kit completely strengthens up the front of the car by boxing the frame and adding a large cross brace to bring the rigidity up greatly! The billet adjustable shocks ride fantastic and make the car feel modern. The steering is a MANUAL rack and pinion which is perfect for the car, much better than original. Also with the kit came a large sway bar among many suspension improvements. Now on the the brakes. The brakes are all New 4 Pistion 11" Willwoods with all new lines and Billet Master Cylinder. The car has these both front and back and stops like a new car would, tons better than original of course. The car is also lowered front and back and sits very mean.
