Description
For Sale1965 Ford Mustang Fastback 2+2. Original 289 4 speed C Code car with Black exterior & Red Interior. Has Kelsey Hayes front disc brakes with 4 piston calipers, Original 8" rear end fitted with LSD Centre.
Original 289 has been replaced & now has Roller cam 5.0 Windsor motor fitted with Edelbrock Performer RPM Heads, Edelbrock High Lift Roller cam, Roller Rockers, Dual Carter 500cfm AFB Carburetors on an original 1966 Ford Performance Aluminium intake manifold, Has Hooker Competition Headers with Dual 2.5" exhausts.
The original T10 Transmission has been rebuilt & is coupled to the motor via a steel flywheel & heavy duty clutch.
Body is clean & was restored 18 years ago with new floor in drivers side front & new lower rear quarter on passenger side [ still Left Hand Drive car ]
Paint is acrylic & shows signs of age & wear but still presents well.
Rides on styled steel wheels, 14" fronts & 15" rears with new rubber all round.
Airconditioned car with new compressor & condensor installed.
Has full length console & fold down rear seat.
