Up for sale is one extremely rare 1992 Ford Cosworth (Escort) / AWD,5 speed Rally race car, prepared for Ford Motorsport racing team by Wolf Automotive Racing. This 1992 Ford Escort Rs / Cosworth, comes as follows-----------Mallard green, 5 speed, 2-door hatchback, 2.0 litre, twin cam, turbo all wheel drive, originally from Germany, all work done by wolf racing, no sunroof, original paint, no power windows, no stereo, no under carpet sound proofing, sealed rear quarter windows, factory rally seats, rear hatch spoiler, light weight cosworth rally rims, strong motor, excellent transfer case, original cosworth rims, billstein suspension, hybrid larger turbo, larger intercooler set up for water injection, cloth interior, thousands of dollars spent, bills to prove,------------------HAS 17,000Km's,etc
These rally race cars were a limited production vehicle in 1992 and most were sent to Scandinavia for rally racing with very few vehicles who had work done by Wolf Racing. It is believed that only 50 were built. Approximately 30 were sent to California in the Mid 1990's, approximately 3 currently in Canada
