Description
Here is a 1953 Ford Mainline Sedan. Great driver condition. Was built by a shop in Minneapolis/St Paul several years ago. Here's what I know.
Has a 5.0 engine from a 1987 Mustang. This would be a roller cam engine. Engine has an aluminum intake, Holley 4 bbl carb, and headers.
Electric Fan and electric fuel pump
4 Speed "Toploader" transmission with the 4th gear being an overdrive.
9" Ford Rear Axle with new brakes and a 3.89 Gear.
Radial Tires in excellent condition.
Underside has been cleaned and painted with Rust-o-leum semi gloss paint.
What's the car need?
The paint is far from perfect. There are some scratches, scuffs, etc. The Grill needs work on the passenger side. See Pics. Passenger side glass has a crack.
So far this year, I've driven it to several shows/runs including but not limited to Vintage Torquefest in Dubuque, IA, Back to the 50's in St Paul, MN, and Goodguys Des Moines, IA. Car ran excellent without any issues. Only wanting to sell because of baby #3 on the way and needing an addition on the house. Clean paperwork in my name in my hand. Car certainly has the look. Rides and drives beautifully. Cash talks. Payment within 14 days or at time of pickup in the form of Cash Money. Non-refundable $500 deposit thru Paypal within 48 hours.
