Description

"RELISTED" If you don't have the money PLEASE don't bid and screw the rest of us !
This is an original 1960’s SpeedFreek Garage performance Drag car, it raced at S & N Dragway / Texas Raceway, Hallsville Dragway and others back in the 60’s & 70’s. Powered by a balanced 8.1L 454/496 Chevy Stroker, with a TH 350 transmission and a 2300 - 2700 stall speed converter, with B&M shift kit, Mighty Demon carb and a 360 degree Weiand X-CELerator single plane manifold for power in the 1,500 to 6,800 rpm range, which makes this the ultimate setup for high-performance drag, and racetrack engines. The roll cage has been cut off, and lights, gauges, horn, etc Added to make the car street legal, new tires, Butterfly Intake scoop still in box, slotted front disk brakes, and the interior is still it’s original sixties.

This car was garage / barn kept its whole life. It has been routinely started and driven. I found a repair bill from where the motor was rebuilt and have listed the parts below from the BOM. Since the rebuild, I estimated the car has been driven a total of 7441 miles, and I have put around 4500 of them on it with absolutely no problems, and white knuckles. You barely touch the gas and the car goes ballistic like a rocket is strapped to your ass. I have gotten her up to 90 once, and this is all I had the heart for. This car is 100% lightening on wheels, and built for guys with the courage of AJ Foyt to drive it. I will try to add a video later this week. I have my own project, and this will just go to waste in my garage if I don’t sale it. The car has a clear Minnesota reconstructed 1923 Ford title. I was told by their DMV that is how they title fully restored vehicles of that age in 1969 when it was restored / built in Arlington and transferred to Minnesota.

Yes it has some scratches and a few chips I have posted pics of them all. I may take trade and cash, Thanks for looking
