Ford LTD P5 351 FMX transmission, 9 inch diff,
suit XA XB XC Landau/Coupe/Sedan buyer

Good driving condition although I haven't driven the car on the road, but it gets around the acreage with no problems when it’s started up to keep all the fluids circulating.
Vehicle is unregistered and will be sold as is.
The paint is showing its age, scuffs, dings, chips and repairs, I didn’t concern myself with these very much as I was going to make the car an everyday driver and didn't want to waste a new paint job when I could spend the money on the mechanicals. Has some rust spots coming through, but nothing major, the worst area being on the bonnet. See photos for more detail.
Engine is a non-matching numbers 351 (on straight LPG/gas) with extractors and has a petrol tank fitted so dual fuel can be fitted. The FMX shifts and goes into gear well, 9 inch diff for drum brakes on the back with new shoes, cylinders and bearings. Front end work done includes new idler arm and discs and bearings.
Interior looks to be in original condition and has normal wear and tear for age and cloth seats are covered with professionally fitted sheep skin covers.
She will need exhaust work at the joint where the extractors meet (twin system), drivers’ electric window goes up and down well, but the passenger ones need a little help and the drivers’ side passenger window doesn't work. Will also need carpet.
Boot area is good and has been painted in POR15, has been fitted with a new rubber seal, and has LED lights fitted across the rear tail light section.
Air con is all there and works when switched on (by a switch on the dash) but needs to be re-gassed.
Tow bar fitted, radio (non-original) works.
Standard 14 inch rims, will need new tyres for rego.
Head lights work and go up and down when switched on.

She was intended as an everyday driver not a show car, so she’s far from perfect, but whether you want to part her out after taking all the goodies off for your project car, or do her up and enjoy the sheer luxury of this model is up to you.
