Description
1996 Ford Ranger XLT , Stepside Bed
SOHC I4 2.3L
5 speed manual transmission
125xxx miles ( is my daily driver, will go up)
Tonneau Bed Cover
Lifted on Gabriel Ultra shocks and struts
16" rims wrapped in Falken Wildpeak A/T 255/65 109s
Chrome differential plate
Smoked headlights, lightly smoked tails
HID headlights, HID foglights
Kenwood head unit with USB, AUX, blueto9oth capability, with installed microphone
Upgraded Audio: Clarion equalizer, kenwood 4 channel amp powering the highs, kicker amp powering 2 15" kicker CVR's ( in custom mounted box in truck bed)
Additional battery installed in the bed
Voltmeter next to steering column.
I also have a black/chrome aluminum billet grille, and 2" digital tachometer (both brand new, just never took the time to install) that I can throw in.
This truck runs beautifully, sounds amazing, and gets looks and compliments all the time. I haven't seen a Ford Ranger that can compete, definitely not here on CL. For the year and mileage, this is a very reliable DD. Don't expect it to be in mint condition, but for it's age ( almost 20 years), it's in damn good shape!!
