Also has FX4 leather bucket seats swapped into it, aftermarket stereo head unit, set up with CB antenna but CB unit has been removed. Retrofitted HID projector headlights in the stock housings. (one of the ballasts has just started acting up but i have a spare one to include with the truck. really easy 2 connections to swap it out.)
Wired for an amplifier and sub. Tinted windows.
Has been run on sythentic oil and maintenance has been kept up on very well.
Active Title, registered in Alberta and currently still insured
Had one very minor rear end collision in which there was a new rear bumper fitted by the collision shop but no other damage.
Things of note that i am aware of:
1/2 of the dash lights stopped working. i think bulbs have finally burnt out but speedo/ all gauges themselves work fine.
Check engine light will occasionally come on, everytime i scanned it it was related to an O2 sensor heating circuit and didnt affect the operation once the sensor was warmed up by the exhaust. I stopped scanning and just have not worried about it because that was the only code i would get.
Recently the airbag light will come on intermittantly, today after i washed it it never came back on so i dont know if it is just a poor sensor connection or something. Again i havent worried about it but you might feel necessary to do so.
Windshield just cracked partway across but isnt touching any of the edges of the glass yet.
It has been used like a truck for the winters, so it has a little bit of rust, some small dings and scratches but overall as you can see in the photos it still has a really nice body.
Driver side door lock isnt connected. Someone broke into it and the lock disconnected. lock is still in the door but i havent tried to fix it. i just leave it unlocked because its an old ranger and who would steal it, or just unlock through the passenger side if i have to leave something valuable in it. Both doors still lock properly.
I think that about covers everything i can recall about the truck. I am being as forward and inclusive as possible to not waste anyones time including my own. It needs a few things but with a very small amount of work and little money i think everything could be easily fixed up.
It has treated me great and the only reason i am selling is because my baby is due in March and i have bought an SUV to drive instead.
Considering both the work that has been done to maintain this truck and the small repairs someone might want to do, i feel i have priced it very fairly.
