Ford Blue, body in fair condition

Nice riding car, has some rust on rear fenders and drivers side floor mat has a hole in it and it is missing a part of the bottom passenger side body, black molding. What is not in good working order is the engine warms up to correct temperature, the heater fan works but no heat, at least not enough heat for winter driving. Battery was replaced with a new motorcraft battery 1 year ago, the tires are good and have been replaced a few years ago. This car is just a spare car for us and have only drove it mainly in the summer.
