Ford Territory 7 Seater - NO RESERVE

This is a MORTGAGEE IN POSSESSION AUCTION: (ie the car was sold under finance and the customer failed to make their payments) It is NO RESERVE and will be sold with clear title for whatever it makes!

Here is my review of the vehicle. I have tried to be as honest and as complete as possible, but note I am not a mechanic and the following should only to be used as a guide. You are welcome to make your own inspection see below for the vehicle location

Engine: Seems Fine. Battery is flat. starts easily with a jumpstart. Thermo fan is on continually. Serpentine belt is missing. I was able to manually spin the Power steer pump, Alternator, Air conditioner, and water pump. The tensioner pulley did spin, but was a bit growly?

Drive:
I have driven the car about 200 metres up and down the local street, but could not drive far because of the missing belt. It sits on the road well and has plenty of power.
Interior:
is very very grubby there is a 20 cent piece rip on the driver seat and the electric seat controls knobs are missing. The interior light cover is missing. The steering wheel is worn at the top. The interior seats are very very grubby. As is the floor.. the door trim on the lhr door has deteriorated where the sun hits. There is also some wear/cracking on the tops of the other door trims
Exterior:
finished in charcoal black the paint has minor brush scratches around. The paint is faded on the roof and bonnet. The rear hatch trim plastic is broken. There is a small 5cent dent in the right hand rear of the bumper. I think the car may come up with a very good buff


Wheels and Tyres:
Factory Steel rims. The tyres all seem passible except for the LH rear.
Other: Air-conditioning: not checked because of Serpentine belt
Radio: works fine:

Overall:
I thinks the bones are there to make a reasonable car with a good detail and some TLC.
