1966 Ford Thunderbird

You are looking at a great example of American style and performance from the mid sixties. This car was restored by the previous owner then sat for a number of years before I got it and will need to be gone through before its 100% road-ready. I have already changed the spark plugs, rebuilt the factory Holley four barrel carburetor and installed a new distributor cap and rotor as well as points. Unfortunately, I got laid off so I'm offering it here for someone to finish bringing this car back to life.The car runs with a miss and the c6 automatic has no trouble going into gear. I haven't had her out on the open road because I don't trust the tires from sitting so long and the fuel tank is currently not connected, the car runs off a gas can under the hood. The front seats should be recovered but the rear just needs a good cleaning to be perfect. Most of the interior panels are there but may need recovering. 3 of the factory wheels with hubcaps are included along with the 20" rims currently installed.
