1988 Ford Thunderbird

This is one truly unique Thunderbird. This started life as a 1988 Ford Thunderbird Turbo Coupe and underwent a radical transformation into a street/strip car. Stripped down to the bare shell and rotisserie restored, this T-Bird received a tubular front suspension, a four link set up out back, mini tubs, fuel cell, a fabricated Ford 9' rear axle, and Wilwood brakes all around. Under the hood was placed a crate Ford 4.6L DOHC all aluminum V-8 linked to a manual five speed transmission and sounding amazing through the Nascar style side exhaust. Weld racing wheels with a deep offset and a wicked stance make this T-bird a real head turner. The body was refinished in a glassy grey and the interior received a full array of custom guages, roll cage, rear seat delete, and racing buckets with six point harnesses.
