1997 Ford Thunderbird LX - 40K original documented miles - incredible condition

Rare find is this one owner 1997 Thunderbird. No accidents, all original paint..It was babied by my elderly relatives since they purchased it in early 1998. It was used for a short time as a program vehicle.
Always covered in climate controlled garage and was literally only used on rare weekends during nice weather.
They had a Ford Taurus which was their daily driver (also rarely used)
This car has never been driven in ANY salt or snow, or rain (unless unintentional)
Has 4 brand new tires and new battery
Oil changed every 3000-3500 miles since new
Zero leaks, smoke or issues.
Has a couple of very minor nicks/scratches but I plan to touch them this week.
Runs like day one.
I actually want to keep the car but I'm limited on room in my garage.
I have the carfax that I ran yesterday if interested in seeing it.
