1966 Ford Thunderbird Base Convertible 2-Door 6.4L

You are looking at a beautiful, solid 1966 Ford T-Bird, loved by my family for the last 13+ years. I have 7 cars and I need the space, otherwise, I'd keep her. Only 5000 made, the '66 convertible is the last and best example of what the market calls "Flair Birds." The 390 4bbl was rebuilt about 15 years ago by the original owner and runs very strong, mated to the nearly bullet-proof Ford C-6 transmission. New (last 12 months) Edelbrock carb (I have the original), power window switches, intake manifold gaskets, starter, battery, power seat switches and bezel, 2 window motors, and more. Electronic ignition for quick, efficient starting and solid state actuators for sequential turn signals and the show-stopping power top mechanism enhance reliability. Paint is 20+ years old, so it has areas I've touched up, but it's very lustrous and still turns heads. Top is in very nice shape. The car is located in suburban Chicago in case you want to drive it or have it checked out.
