1978 Ford Thunderbird Hardtop 2-Door 5.8L

This is the perfect car for someone who appreciates classic cars and would like to own one for not a lot of money! Well cared for, all service has been performed on a regular basis. No leaks, no issues. Drive it anywhere! I purchased this car four years ago in Las Vegas and drove it to my home in Northern California. I have a small collection of classics and this was a more "modern" addition to the fleet. It was aparent that someone had cared for this car, as the interior (cloth velour) had not been stained, nor worn. The exterior looked like it had always had a wax job and the engine oil was clean. Typically when I purchase a car I do a number of things just to ensure dependability - they are as follows: New master cylinder New fuel pump Rebuilt the carburetor New starter Usual tune up items –plugs, air filter, fuel filter (tank filter too) New heater core Fuel gauge float Charged the A/C Replaced the A/C /Heater Dash control. Part of it had gone bad. Two new tires ( looks like the rears had been replaced but the fronts needed to be…) Alignment Transmission fluid/filter change. As far as payment, I would require a $500 deposit upon successful completion of the auction. Shipping will need to be aranged by the purchaser.
