Description

For sale complete car. A DREAM 1972 Gran Torino Sport Fastback bucket seats center console individual instrument cluster. Original color light pewter metallic.
This car is complete. title in hand
The bad: It has everything except exhaust. It has manifold exhaust but not the exhaust system (pipes) it is also missing RH marker light and the Torino Sport emblem. other than that it has every piece. It runs but not very drivable.
Instrument panel doesn't work
Rimblow horn doesn't work BUT IS THERE +
Rust on both quarter panels, front inner fender and few spots on the floor back seat and front. Trunk is good except for the inner rear fenders
Would need new carpet and headliner
The good:
Car is straight and has a lot of potential.
Glass around is great and it has defrost back window.
It has all the chrome around (some parts are detached but they are inside the car)
All seats are in very good shape and center console is there although prior owner tried to put cup holders which they could be adapted or patch.
The engine is either a 429 or 460 (numbers are under the starter which I haven't been able to look It originally had a 351C (looking by the VIN)
Transmission is there, automatic (c6 I believe)
4 tiers are matching with matching spare tire in the trunk (don't have pictures of the trunk)
In the trunk you will find front valance, rear valance spare tire, old jack that came with the car. center tire hub covers and a few other things

EXTRAS: 2 Extra back bumpers and 1 extra front bumper. 1 extra dash path and 1 extra grill with grill shroud. 1 extra steering pump and extra random gauges. Extra LH tail lamp and RH tail lamp. 1 extra driver sports view mirror. auto Magazines and ALL1972 service manuals (6 or 7 books volumes with a 2 CD for parts and manuals. I put a new Holley carburetor, new ignition coil, new starter solenoid, couple fuel filters, fuel pressure gauge, new alternator belt. Everything else is the way I bought it
Car is located in Illinois and you would have to arrange transportation.
I have not been able to get on this project and I had to move to florida to find a job and I am in a very bad financial situation.
