1959 GMC big window short bed step side 100 pickup. Duramax LB7 swap with Allison 1000 5 speed. Trans has approx 100k, shifts smooth and works great. Nothing weird and does not limp.Motor has new injectors with this build. New head gaskets. New water pump. Works great no issues, no smoke, balance rates are good, can drive anywhere. Engine based on an 01 federal LB7.Stand-alone harness by Ken Wolkens. Stand-alone tuning by RFG. Harness is based on top kick truck and allows for modules to be mounted on rear firewall.All new glass and chrome throughout truck with smooth bumpers (no carriage bolts on the outside). New carpet, headliner and steering wheel wrap. Cts2 monitor, Airlift P3 air management. 2 Viair compressors with 1 - 5 gallon tank.Factory frame with mustang 2 front ifs, disc brakes, 80’s Camaro 10 bolt with factory 4 link style suspension. Rear back half is custom 2x3 rectangular tubing with notch for air ride. Fuel tank is under bed approx 25gal. Frame is painted in a high gloss black including front and rear suspension. Chrome shocks all around and super clean under truck.
Needs driver/passenger windows installed (have brothers single window kit new in the box). Then your touch may it be AC/Heater, cruise, stereo, dash, interior work. All these things can be added on at your leisure, schedule and budget. If you want a fair weather cruiser you can literally drive it as is. We have for the past 3 years and are ready to move onto other projects.
