It does turn over and drive. Engine has some clicking noises. When driving the bus it went one of two ways. Sometimes I could drive 60mph with ease. Other times, it would occasionally stall or die around 25-30mph.
You should plan on hauling this home. I would not attempt to drive it to its destination. It needs work.
