GMC Yukon SLTRuns great, drives great, has some rust, needs: AC & rear brakes

Original Owner - I bought it new in 1999. Starts right up, drives and runs great. Heat works great, radio works, power windows and door locks work. recent coolant flush, recent front brake job, recent new tires, all gauges work, side-open rear doors provides easy access to the large rear cargo area. Seat covers. Needs AC & rear brakes, has rust in mainly two spots. Has tow receptacle and wiring harness. Has an extra brand new wheel as a back-up. Has original owners Manual & two sets of keys.
