VN Calais 5LtGroup ASS commodore

Up for sale is my 1989 5lt 5 speed VN Calais with Group A SS kit. I have owned this car for the past 23 years and driven it regularly without a single problem. I bought the car 23 years ago from a car yard that specialised in cars with the group A kit. even though i am on the older side of life as soon as i saw the car i loved it and had to own it, Even now when i drive it i still get young people pull along side me and give me the thumbs up and call out to me that it is a nice car. The LPG system has recently been checked and restamped and is excellent and makes the car very economical to drive. There are some small stone chips on the car but that is to be expected on a car that is nearly 27 years old. I have never had any mechanical trouble with the car because every 10,000km it gets new oil and filter. just recently it had a new windscreen and front brakes. This car is a genuine 5Lt Holden Calais, with all the usual Calais extras such as electric windows, central locking and even a CD jack in the radio cassette player which still works beautifully. This is a no reserve auction so the first or last bid will win the car. although the A/C works it does not get quite as cold as it used to. The car still has approx 3 months registration and i believe will pass a roadworthy with very little to be done. the car will be sold with Vic registration but no RWC.
