Description
My fantastic VP Commodore ute is up for sale. It is in magic condition and the cleanest you will find in this price range.
Engine is a 5L 304 fuel injected factory V8 that has been rebuilt and runs like a train. It has been bored 30 thou and has a mild cam and Pacemaker headers into a 2.5 single exhaust.
Trans is a built auto with 2200 high stall. Tough as nails! And diff has been rebuilt. Four wheel disc brakes with excellent pedal feel.
Suspension is great and it steers like a go kart. Has a nice burble at idle but roars when you give it some throttle.
It has power steering and air conditioning. The A/C is cold.
Brand new battery with 610 CCA.
Central locking, two keys and remotes. It all works perfectly. Immobiliser / alarm fitted and that is also 100% functional.
The body is very straight. Paint is okay for the age of the car. Never been in an accident.
Engine bay is very clean. Comes with a lockable hard lid that is also in great condition. Gas struts are perfect on lid and bonnet.
Wheels are 17" off a VZ Commodore and tyres are good. Slightly lowered suspension.
Clean and tidy interior. No dash cracks. Pioneer CD tuner with remote control. No rips in the seats. Tinted windows.
The ute has done about 286,000, but only about 20,000 since the rebuild. It is a great car and only selling because my son is about to start driving and can't drive V8s under the new laws.
No swaps sorry.I can drop off at a transport depot in Adelaide for you if required.
