Description
The VL ‘Sandown’ was produced by Brock and HDT. The HDT Build No. of this particular car is 4242 and the vehicle was fitted from factory with the six-cylinder motor and received the HDT improved cold air intake and a big bore exhaust. Suspension consisted of Brock’s ‘System One’ springs and gas pressure shocks. Wheels were HDT 15 x 7″ Aero’s complete with the flush fitting covers. Body mods consisted of a body coloured Group A Grill, Signature Series (Group Three) front air dam, rear apron, side skirts and which was all was dipped in Maranello Red.

Have all original paperwork on build of car from Dandenong HDT in 7-1988. car came from Fastlane Dealer in South Australia i have since spoken to the owner of that dealers ship to confirm the car and have email from him. Have all rego papers from last 3 owners and any work that was done on car.
Car is in great condition for its age no rust or dints. Motor has had the garret turbo put on it and a reco head. Car was dyno tuned and made 166Kw@ the rears and @ 308 nm. Has all the original trim in side. Car drives like the day it left the Factory has a lot of factory options on the car (see paperwork.
This car is one of many in my collection of rare cars. The first owner was a doctor that lived in Victoria he used the car to do his home visits he loved his car he had done over 200 thousand Kms in it. Then he moved to Qld in 2002 and sold the car to a person in QLD on 6/11/2007 (have bill of sale) car was then on sold in 2009 then i purchased car in 2015. Car has the original running gear in it. Car has 256000 kms on the clock. It has the original 5 speed box in it.
This car is a great investment to add to your collection as they only made 4. Won't last long.
