1983 VH Commodore SL less motor and gear box.
Big $$$ and time have been spent on this car, I will never be able to recoup my time or money, however my loss is your gain.
Ready to go high performance car, drop your motor and box in and away you go.
Engine and Gearbox
Engine and box removed ready for your choice of engine and gearbox combo.
Car weighs in at approx. 1250KG. A modern VE/VF Commodore weighs approx. 1700KG so the VH becomes a weapon with any engine combo.
Here are some easy installs, however possibilities are endless:
Holden / Chevy LS 5.7L/6.0L/6.2L/6.3L
Holden 253/ 308 / 350- Carby or Injected
Holden / Nissan RB20/25/26/30
Car comes with intercooler and piping into engine bay. Can be removed for non-turbo or left on to keep people guessing.
Manual pedal box, clutch pedal can be removed for Auto setup.
Painted and detail fuel injected fuel tank. Has return line for fuel injected if required.
Large custom radiator installed.
Brakes, Suspension, Differential
1 inch SS Brake Master Cylinder
VT front brake conversion & slotted discs
Rear disc brakes with slotted and cross drilled discs
Adjustable / removable front strut brace

New 19 inch HSV VX GTS Style with new tires.
Body
Extremely straight body, recent professional resprayed and cut back flat for quality paint job. Paint job alone cost $8,000.
Detailed and smoothed engine bay with custom bonnet struts
One of a kind custom front and rear bumper bars. Moulds removed and all holes and end caps professionally welded. VH SS / HDT painted style, but much cleaner looking without mould.
New front windscreen with SLE / HDT style black wide moulds.
Door moulds removed for clean look.
Genuine Holden headlights with holden logo
SLE Tail light extensions
Radiator panel has original numbers. Indicating car has never been in front end accident like most cars of this era.
Good quality original door handles etc
Interior
Autometer monster taco
White dash gauges, can be removed to go back to black.
VN Calais seats front and rear seats, rear seat shortened to fit VH.
Boss kit and sports steering wheel
SLE high rise centre console.
Interior is functional, however needs carpet / seats/ door trims retrimmed etc to bring to the standard of outside of car.
