1987 VL Commodore Walkinshaw clone
This car is in excellent condition and is the closest thing to a plated Walkinshaw possible
The interior is genuine Walkinshaw interior, the wheels all 5 of them yes even the spare is an original Walkinshaw rims and the body kit is genuine Walkinshaw kit not an after market reproduction.
The engine has had thousands of dollars spent on it approx. $20,000 not including the twin throttle body's
Some of the work done to this car is;
- Genuine Group A SS Heads
- Genuine Group A SS Twin Throttle Bodies
- Large Cam
- Roller rockers
- Motec Injection system
- Motec Computer with race chips
- Port matched heads and intake manifold
- Tuned extractors
- Big Boar exhaust
- Rebuilt T5 gearbox to hold the extra horses
- LSD Diff
I also have new carpet and underlay to replace damaged carpet.
To the right buyer I also have the Motec program to tune the car this program alone is worth a bit of money, however I do recommend tuning is done on a dyno by someone whom knows what they are doing.
This car looks like a Walkinshaw in every respect but sounds better and goes a lot harder than a original Walkinshaw.
